We keep this in plain words, because that is the brand.
The Webinar (₹300). The ₹300 registration includes the live webinar, a personalised written audit, and a tree planted in your name. Because the tree is planted and the audit work begins on your registration, the ₹300 is non-refundable once access is delivered. If a technical failure on our side prevents you from attending the live webinar and the replay, write to us within 7 days and we will either move you to the next session or refund you.
The Two-Day Intensive (₹18,000, or ₹15,000 under the watchers’ window): the Day 1 Money-Back Guarantee, in writing.
- Attend Day 1 of the workshop fully.
- If you do not have the clarity you came for, tell us the same day, before Day 2 begins, by WhatsApp or email.
- We refund the full amount you paid for the workshop. No argument, no forms designed to tire you out, no partial deductions.
- The refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of your request, via Razorpay.
The guarantee requires actual attendance of Day 1; it does not cover no-shows. If you cannot attend your batch, tell us at least 48 hours before Day 1 and we will move your seat to the next batch once, free.
How refunds are paid. All refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks may take additional days to display the credit.
