This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. “We” means Xpressreach Private Limited, operating Asuraviyugam.
What we collect. When you register or buy, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, and email. When you complete the audit intake, we collect the business information you choose to write. When you browse, standard analytics and advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) collect usage events like pages viewed and buttons clicked.
What we use it for. Delivering what you bought: webinar access, your audit, your tree certificate, receipts, and workshop logistics on WhatsApp and email. Improving our pages and measuring our advertising. Sending you relevant messages about Asuraviyugam programs, which you can stop anytime by replying STOP on WhatsApp or using the unsubscribe link in email.
What we never do. We do not sell your data. We do not share your intake answers with anyone outside the small team that prepares your audit.
Payment data. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI, and banking details go directly to Razorpay and never touch our servers. Razorpay’s privacy policy applies to that data.
Where it lives. Your data is stored on our website infrastructure and the tools we use to deliver the programs (form, email, and WhatsApp service providers), each bound by their own security terms.
Your rights. Write to support@asuraviyugam.com to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting law.
Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. Your browser settings control them.
