These terms govern your use of asuraviyugam.com and your purchase of any Asuraviyugam program. “We”, “us”, and “our” mean Xpressreach Private Limited, the company that operates Asuraviyugam and bills your payment.
1. What we sell. Asuraviyugam offers live educational programs for business founders: a paid webinar (currently ₹300) that includes a live 60-minute session, a written business audit prepared from your intake answers, and a tree planted in your name in Tamil Nadu; and a Two-Day Intensive workshop (currently ₹18,000) delivered live with both founders. Exact inclusions are stated on the page where you buy.
2. Payments. All payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the checkout page. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
3. Access. Webinar access, audit delivery, and certificates are delivered to the WhatsApp number and email you provide at checkout. You are responsible for entering them correctly. Access to recorded or gated material is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
4. The audit. The business audit is prepared from the answers you submit in the intake form. It is professional opinion for educational purposes, not financial, legal, or investment advice. Decisions you take remain yours.
5. No income promises. We teach strategy. We do not promise revenue outcomes, and any results mentioned on our pages are individual experiences, not guarantees.
6. Workshop conduct. The Two-Day Intensive is a live working room. We reserve the right to remove (with refund) anyone disrupting the room for other founders.
7. Intellectual property. All frameworks, documents, recordings, and materials remain the property of Xpressreach Private Limited. You may use them for your own business. You may not teach, resell, or republish them.
8. Refunds. Our refund terms, including the Day 1 Money-Back Guarantee for the Two-Day Intensive, are stated in full in our Refund Policy.
9. Changes. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from its “last updated” date. Material changes to a program you already bought will not reduce what you purchased.
10. Jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
